No "I" in Team.

Teamwork is the foundation for anything successful. It is the glue that keeps a child's creation together, it is the music that builds from an orchestra, and the sound of an erupting crowd after a World Series win. There aren't a multitude of fond memories or experiences I've had while alone, almost all of them are with a group of friends or someone special. Now, while knowing this is important, living with and integrating this mindset is challenging.

Be humble. Don't let success get the best of you and cloud your judgement; remember who helped you to where you are and that it wasn't all done alone. Your friends, family, classmates, and colleagues are your teammates throughout life; cherish these relationships and build on them because in time they'll be all that you have. Sometimes we're so set on thinking that we're one in a million that we're we forget we're all in this together.
